City confirms deal to re-open Redondo Beach historic library event space
The Easy Reader shared that, after three years in the making, the City of Redondo Beach has officially approved Made by Meg to restore and reopen the Redondo Beach Historic Library, complete with a new public café, community art exhibits, and private event spaces by the sea.

The city has named a new operator for its historic library.
“Made By Meg,” which moved from Redondo Beach to a 10,000-square foot space in Torrance in January, was approved Feb. 20 by the Redondo city council to run the next chapter of the 1931 building in Veterans Park.
