The Venue
While enjoying your celebration at the Redondo Beach Historic Library, your guests hear the waves from the Pacific Ocean, taste delicious award-winning cuisine, and see the sun tucking behind the horizon at sunset, with ocean views throughout a historic landmark.
The Story of the Redondo Beach Historic Library
In the summer of 1930, the three-story library in Veterans Park on the Esplanade was opened right off the beach, with grand windows and coastal charm to serve as Redondo Beach’s main library for sixty years. The library’s architecture and beautiful beachfront location secured it a place on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981, and in 1996 the RBHL was internally remodeled and opened for special event usage.

We’re getting ready to create your custom wedding floor plan, from our two getting ready suites to beachfront wedding ceremonies on grass lawns, outdoor to indoor cocktail hour spaces, dinner and dancing in the Grand Hall, and all the blissful moments in between. Thoughtfully mapped for a seamless guests experience conveniently all in one place.
